Barbara

Paradise can also be at sea

PMmedia Adv.
Modern, elegant and with the instantly recognizable pedigree of Dutch shipyard Oceanco, the Barbara is a truly global and timeless luxury yacht. The unique interior and exterior styling have been designed by Australian firm Sam Sorgiovanni Designs. The perfect balance between outdoor adventure and interior opulence, with the ability to welcome a ‘touch and go’ helicopter. Come with us to discover this wonder.
The 88.5-m / 290-ft motor yacht offers flexible accommodation for 12 people in seven cabins: a master suite, a VIP cabin and four double cabins. A crew of 27, specialised in on-board services, is on hand to provide guests with an unforgettable holiday.

The perfect balance between outdoor adventure and indoor opulence

First built in 2017, the Barbara is custom-built, mostly for charter, offering a wide variety of spacious leisure areas. A delight to say the least, from the moment you step on board. No wonder, seeing as it boasts sensational features such as underwater lights, a lift, beach club and gym. And there’s no shortage of activities to keep guests entertained either, including the state-of-the-art cinema, sure to bring a whole other charm to evenings aboard. But the ultimate relaxation experience is the luxury spa and pool under the sun.  Or sit back with a glass of champagne in the jacuzzi on the deck and soak up the evening as it falls. In fact, that’s exactly when guests can behold a mesmerising light show in the water, thanks to the Barbara’s underwater lighting.

The steel hull and aluminium superstructure mean that this yacht has more space on board and is more stable when moored. Powered by two MTU engines, it travels comfortably at 16 knots, reaching a top speed of 19 knots, with a range of up to 8 300 nautical miles. But there’ no rush, the fun’s not over yet. You can still enjoy the exceptional collection of water toys and accessories, zooming through the water on one of four Yamaha FX Cruiser HO WaveRunner jet skis. Another great feature are the towable toys. If that wasn’t enough, there’s also water skiing, a seabob, wake skates, wakeboards, kayaks. Who said paradise couldn’t be at sea?
